We were formed in September 2007 following the purchase of the Education Division of Azzurri by Core Education & Technologies Ltd whose head office is in Mumbai, India where it is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The group specialises in solutions, services and consulting to the education and public sector markets worldwide.
